When i first tiem listened to the song, i found that it was really a normal song, nothing special, but i love it recently esspecially when i play this song, my baby wil lact happily and smile. Hehe..Since then, i fall to love this song.

I search for the lyric and learn how to sing, so that i can sing to my lovely baby when i back home everyday. This is actually a song from Romaji written to DoraEmon who helps him a lot in his homework, school duties and exams.

DoraEmon uses a gadget of the future to grant romaji's wishes and dreams. Romaji really love DoraEmon very very much.

Tony Leong and Carina Lau Wedding

Finally Tony and Carina get married after 20 years of falling in love.. 20 years is consider a very very very long time of paktoh period. Most of the people will get married after paktoh for 3 years, 4 years or 10 years. This couple is really special and unique as they have lover relationship for about 20 years. Of course, they did break up and good again before that.

According to Carina, she is going to have baby after the wedding. Well, she is now 42 years old. A 42-Years old woman, is consider a high-aged pregnant woman if she wants to be a mother. Well, according to the predictor, if they got their own baby, it will definitely helps in Tony's career and also closer the relationship among themselves.

My boss was outstation this week until next monday..My collgeaues and I are very happy and enjoy the moment boss not in.

We can surf net, listen to music, watching to youtube, replying personal emails, we have our own free time..Hehe,...

My boss is outstation to US, even he will still checking mails at night time ( day time in US ), but at least we can d owhatever we want to during his absence.

I met a customer today at 11.30am, and i back to office after seeing the customer. Being not hungry, i just took my lunch at 3.30pm, so flexible lunch ya..Hehe

Well, stil lhave 30min to go to back home. I think today will not be jammed on bridge, hopefully no jam , as petrol is increased a lot, jamming will waste petrol and waste my money as well..

Penang Holiday

This year Penang Gabenor birthday fall in 12 July. All government and private sector are having a public holiday. Some company have the replacement of holiday in the next Monday due to today is a Saturday.

Petrol Subsidise RM625

I heard my mother in law said that some post office had already finished the petrol subsidise money. In order to miss the money, i went to post office near to sunshine there during lunch hour.

It was raining quite heavy during lunch time today, but due to RM625, i am still driving to the post office to collect the money. I still remember that my friend told me that post office was full of people when the first day of the subsidise petrol collection.

When i reached there, i got a number 1238, while the post office's staffs were serving number 1219..I have to wait for about 20 peoples to reach me. I thought i should spend more than 2 hours there, as in my mind, the working efficiency of the staffs make me feel unconfident to them. Who knows it only takes 30min to reach me.

I take the RM625 and back to office happily..Hehe..Even this is a small amount, but it is much more than enough for me to buy the things i needed.

Sleepy Day

I am so sleepy today in office. I slept at 12am last night, and woke up at 7.30am. I supposed to be very " fresh" as i have totally 7hours 30min sleeping. But why am i looking so tired and sleepy?

It is because i dreamed a lot in my sleeping. Once i lay down on bed and close my eyes and started the sleeping journey, i started my dreams also. So i was sleeping, but in fact my brain was working all the night and caused i feel sleepy.

I am rally hope can take a short nap in office, but since boss is in today, i am unable to do that. Haiz..

Sales

I still remember that Malaysia have carnival sales every year in March, August and December. I went to Queensbay yesterday, a lot of shops are having sales now. I wonder what sales is that ? mid-Year sales? Shop like GUESS, ESPRIT, MNG, PADINI, FOREVER 21, all are having grand sales up to 70%. What an attractive sales to shoppolics?

Well, I am MNG fan, i went to MNG at Queensbay after working hour yesterday. I tried dresses, skirts , blouse and pants, at last i was only buy a skirt, as the other clothes that i tried, looked not nice to wear on my body. Haha..

All are 50% discount on bags, shoes and clothes. I like the jeans there, but the size for me were already out of stock, haiz...Heard that the sales is until this Sunday. I shall go there again within this week, to visit other on sales shops..Hehe..There is a shoes that i like the most, but i don't like the color, it is in black, i shall buy it if it is in white or pink.

Busy Day

Today is my busy day. I woke up at 10 o'clock i n the morning. Washing my clothes, my beloved baby's one, and my husband's one. After i finish baby and my clothes, i threw my husband clothes into washing machine, and i start to bathed my baby.

After feeding her milk and some caugh medicine, i start to cook for fried rice and Tomyam Mee. I fried rice mixed with onions, eggs and some sauce. I cooked Tomyam soup by putting tomatoes, small jagung, onion, chilli and mushroom. It tasted nice to me, but it is only ok to my husband..Haha..As my husband is a quite expert in cooking and tasting food. I will work hard till i get complement from my husband, hehe..

After finishing our lunch,i feed my baby milk, and she make noise a lot until i found that actually she was doing big " project"..So i cleaned up for her and change another mamypoko diaper to her..I think you should get what i mean for the project that my little baby made..

Finally ,i was able to clean up my room, i mopped it and arrange the diaper into a small rack so that it looks much more tidy. Now i am totally free..Hehe

Car Wipes

I received a call about 6pm yesterday requesting me to move my car. It is because i park my car on a parking lane ata parking area behind my office. When i parked my car, i noticed that my car was hindered other cars that parked there too..So i left my business card on the car mirror, so that when the hindered car owner going to take the car, they can called me.

So as usual, i received a call asking me to move my car. When i reached my car, i found that my car wipes were raise up. I undertsand that this might be one of the cook who raise my wipes up in order to avoid my wipes from spoil. When i move my car, few cooks were looking at me, but non of them admitted who was raising my car wipes.

Anyway, i will not angry with it la actually. I should thank to the one who raise my wipes up as it could pervent my car wipes from the sun rise and caused the rubber lose..

Tomyam , My favourite..

I like a lot of food, such as laksa, tomyam, rojak, Jawa Mee, Hokkien Mee, Fried Cempedak, Cendol and others. Anyway, i was falling in love with the tomyam that sold beside my office.

There is a restaurant beside my office. I never try the tomyam before, and one day i ordered the tomyam to try the taste..The first time i took it, i was falling in love with it. Wow..It is damn delicious and inviting. I take the tomyam every week, It costs RM4.50 per pack. I feel full after taking the tomyam. The soup is sweet and sour, just nice!!

I packed the tomyam to bring it home for my husband to taste it too.. Yeah, my husband likes it very much as me. There are a lot of food in the tomyam such as tomato, prawn, meat, Sotong, brocolli, onions, chilli, vegetables. It is really nice esspecially when you are hungry..hehe

Sleepy Day

I am very sleepy today. I slept at 1.30am last night. Feeling so sleepy, zzzzzzzzzzz

When i face to my pc, my eyes cannot even open out to see it. Poor me...Luckily tomorrow will be Saturday again, i can have enough sleep, if not, later i will get older very fast, so scary..

I will take a nap during my lunch hour in office, else i really dont know how can i work with a small small eyes ( sleepy eyes) hee..

Today is Friday, the penang bridge will be jammed later at arround 3.30pm, poor me, have to be caught into heavy traffic condition again. :(

Petrol will increase price again?

My colleague told me that, according to her friend, car petrol will be increased again this August. What a big news i nthe early morning when i reached office. She told me that this time the car petrol will be increased to RM4.00 per liter.

I was shocked when heard of it, as currently the petrol is RM2.70 per liter, and this has harden my burden. Previously my car full tank of oil was RM60, and now it is RM95.00. I use full tank of oil per week, and now i have to spend about RM400 for car petrol every month. This is quite a big amount, one year, it is already Rm4800.

Further to this, a lot of foods increased price too after effectted by petrol. How our salary not increase simultaneously as petrol? Why our government never think of our condition and increased petrol from RM1.92 to Rm2.70 per liter?

If what my friend told me is true ( wil lbe increased to RM4 per liter), then i would consider to go to work by bus to reduce the burden. Hope that this will be not true and it is only rumor.

A friend Visit

One of my best friend visited me last Sunday with her boy friend to my house. When she reached my house, i was at my aunty's house. My brother called me and informed me about this and i rush home immediately.

This best friend will be getting married this Nov. She came to pay my baby a visit as she said will visit my baby and I during my confinement, but being too busy preparing the wedding, she didnt turn up until last Sunday. I understand this and didn't blame her. I still remembered that while i was preparing my wedding, there are really a lot of things to do and plan wisely.

Haha..While i was talking with my best friend, my baby also joined with us, even we were not understand what my baby was tlaking about, she talked " ee ee , aa ,aa", but she is really my cute baby, active and naughty baby. Sometimes she really make me angry but she will pamper with me also after getting scolding by me. Hee, i asked my friend to have own baby asap after her wedding. She smiled at me.

A Big Hot Day

What a big hot day today. I went out for lunch and after parking my car, and walk towards to my office, my skin was so pain because of the sun burn.

Sometimes it is hot in the morning, but the weather turn bad to rain when evening reach. The raining day caused the traffic heavily jammed on the bridge. I travel everyday Penang Island - Butterworth by bridge, once the bridge jammed, i takes an hour ++ to reach butterworth instead of half an hour journey. What a pity condition i have to face during raining day in after office hour.

I parked my car downstairs my office. It was a illegal parking, and i have to move my car later at 3pm in order to get summon from MPPP. Then i have to face the "sun burn" again. Poor me!!

Happy 4 Months to Michell

My baby, Michell is going to have her 4 months days soon..So fast time passed by, it was alrady 4 months after i giving birth for my first baby, Michell.

Michell is growing up day after day..She is now looking more charming and smart girl. When she listened to my voice, she wil lturn her head to me. She know how to carry the milk bottle by herself since she was 3 months. She knows how pampers with her mummy, but one thing that she always make me angry is she always sleep late. She sleep at 1am or 2 am everyday at night.Poor my husband and I. We have to go for working the next morning.

Anyway, most of the time, she is very cute and naughty .Sometimes she makes me laugh, but sometimes make me angry with her. My husband and I love her very much, we love her more than ourselves.

The Pocket Tube

My colleagues went back from Spore today. My best colleague, Amy from Spore has asked my colleague to bring me my favourite chocolates. There are type of chocolate Amy bought to me.

When i tried the chocolate just now, Wow..It is really nice, the smell of the chocolate so "thick", i enjoyed eating it. The chocolates are products from CHocolate Factory. I read the ingredients of the chocolate, it is made of cocoa bean, cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter and soya lecithin.

I am eating it now while doing my work. Anyway, i will keep some and let my husband test it after i back home today. It is really nice. Amy, thanks you for your chocolate.

Another Free Day

My manager went to Singapore for business trip about three days. all of us in office have a lot of freedom to do our pwesonal matter. Hehe..

A Nice Drama

I watched a Taiwan Drama recently named "Yi Lian You Meng"..This is a very nice and touching drama. There are two sisters, the elder sister talented in dancing while the younger sister like to hold herself in a room and dreaming.

Their fate changed since the elder sister met an accident and broke her leg. She lost a leg and everything turn worse. The elder sister become cruel and horrible, full of anger all the way.

The younger sister get married with a nice guy who love her more than she loves him. He brings her a lot of joy and hapiness, love and care about her like an angel. The younger sister forgot all the sadness and sorrow after get married with the nice guy.

Finally both of the sisters rstore good relationship again and live happily. The younger sister go back to France to continue their happy life with the nice guy again after settling all the problems in Taiwan. You may try to read the novel as well. It is written in a novel perviously.

Busy Surfing Net

My boss went to KL office yesterday. We have an office in Kl and my boss will do monthly visit there to overview for the markets, following up to customers. He went to there yesterday until this Friday.

The most happiest is me during his absence. I can do a lot of my personal matters, such as surf net. I can visit a lot of websites that i wish to go, i can take a short nap if tired, i can download songs and movie, visit youtube and etc.

When my boss is not in, i am just like a bird that flying in the sky, so free and no string on me. Anyway, if i have job, i will definitely complete all my tasks first , then only follow with my personal matters. Hehe...

I am tired today as i didnt have a nice sleeping last night, so i might take a nap later at my desk and continue with my surfing.

An Old Coursemate

After graduation, it has been long time never met up with one of my coursemate, Kelly. I still remembered that she is a very outstanding girl in our course. Furthermore, she is a very active girl in joining the society clubs and etc.

I thought she will be invloved in IT field after graduation since she is very smart in programming and software. Until today, heard from my friend that she is now being a teacher. I was really surprised when get to know about this. I can't imagine a outstanding IT student now become a teacher.

Well, maybe she was tired to involve in IT field and wish to start a whole new life as teacher. Actually it has a lot of benifits if become a teacher in our country. I got the offered to attend a 9 months teacher-training in Jan 2005, but i refused the offer. If i joined the training, i think i am already a teacher now and i am only need to work half day only everyday, and will have much more time to take care of my baby.

Wrong Part

There was an issue in office this morning. I worked in a motion control company. We sell motion and mechanical parts as well as providing technical and software supports to customers who purchased our parts.

We have a customer from KL purchased a coupling from us with bore 1820. This part actually is a standard part, and principle quoted us with valid price. When we ordered to principle, no any issue raised and it takes 6 weeks for production to complete the parts.

When 6 weeks is over, problems arise. When we received the parts, it is coupling with bore 1822, the worse case is the principle inform that bore1820 is a invalid part. After 6 weeks waiting for the part, now the principle told us that bore 1820 is an invalid part. Customer keeps calling to complain us regarding this issue as they machine is going to be buying off by the end user.

Now my manager is still in progress of settle this issue to comfort the customer.

I was listening to the news from radio while driving to office this morning. According to the news, there is a tragedy ( Cyclone disaster) happened in Myanmar. There are a lot of people in Myanmar who are run out of food now. More than 40,000 dead and more than 1 million of people are homeless.

Some children without parents and parents are losing their sons and daughters. Just bear in mind, how suffer are the victims of Cyclone disaster in Myanmar who live in dark, without food, without electricity and without water ?

We should be appreciated of being a citizen of Malaysia as Malaysia is a peace and free from natural disaster country. We do not have earthquakes , volcanoes,tsunami and etc. I am proud to be a Malaysian

Milk Powder price increase

All items' price increase again in Malaysia after election. From flour to gas, from rice to milk powder. Rice's price increase very significantly in Malaysia. Few months ago, for 10kg rice, it is only about RM20.00 per pack, now it has already increased to RM33.00 per pack. Wow..what a significant increment.

Another thing is milk powder. I still remembered that during my confinement, a milk powder " Enfalac" was sold Rm56.90 per tin and contain 900ml. After my confinement ( about one month ago), it has already increased to RM 58.50 per tin and contain 900ml. Now this milk powder increased again to RM60.90 per tin and the contain is lesser 850ml.

This is the first time i found that milk powder price increased with reducing the "size". That is mean it has increased "double " in two different ways. I think the milk powder will be increase price again as some of the supermarket already sold with price RM62.00 per tin. Sigh ....

Microsoft team come to Penang

Recently we received a fax from Microsoft regarding spot check in corporation for the license of Microsoft office that installed in our computers. My manager was busying "audit" all the computers in office as if being caught by Microsoft, a computer will be fine RM10K.

One of my colleague went to a factory for machine supporting. When he came back to office, he told that that factory was having spot check by Microsoft just now. According to him, when Microsoft teams arrived Penang, they decided to spot check those corporation's name that begin with alphabet " Z" .

According to my colleague, there are about more than 20 laptops were taken back by Microsoft as they found that they are using refurbished Microsoft Office in the laptops.

It is better to use the registered Microsoft Office for Corporation, let said a computer were fine RM10K, 20 laptops will be fine RM200K, and it is definitely a quite big amount.

Temper

I believe that everybody has their own temper and it just depends on how good is one's temper and how bad is it. It cannot be denied that i have a bad temper, but my temper will only turn bad when somebody make me angry / disappointed.

When i am having bad temper, mostly i will not talk to the one who caused me to become like that. Everyone doesn't like to get bad temper from the other one, so do I . If somebody is having bad mood, and when i talk to her/ him, and they reply me loudly, then i will sure return them with bad temper.

Recently i have a friend telling me regarding his job. There is one thing always keep in his mind since two years ago. He always doubt about his decision in deciding the thing. He told that he shouldn't be so impetuous. Well, i told him that he still can get back to the initial stage but he will definitely sorry to someone that he cares and loves about. He asked me what should he do then? In fact, i have no idea too, i am a good listener but i am not good in giving opinions...Sorry ya, hehe..

Younger Brother

My younger went to Australia this morning. He will be working at there for about two or three years. A lot of people saying that two/ three years is actually very short and will be end very very soon, but when you are the person who work at there and suffer, then it is consider long time for you in this two / three years.

My brother work at there with one of his friend. My brother do not have high education like me and my older brother. He just finished his study till Form 1, and he worked as a supervisor in a photo shop. Nice title as supervisor, in fact, the salary is damn low. He worked there for 6 years, he has experience in photo shooting, photo developing and selling digital camera with accessories. Unfortunately, he has a very very stingy boss.

I support him to work in Australia for two / three years. Maybe it is hard in the beginning, but after all, he will have a better life after two / three years. I told my mother, if i was single now, i will definitely go with my brother to Australia also to earn more money to have a better life for my parents and myself.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I was not sure is it western country celebrate Mother's Day , but in Malaysia, we are very think highly to Mother's Day.

We have family dinner together today at a restaurant nearby my house. We were booking for the dishes that were going to be served to my family members last two weeks. We ordered vegetables, fried chicken with sweet sour syrup , steamed fish, prawn, pork, noodles and others.

I bring my baby there and put her into a stroller when we began the dinner. The foods there are delicious and nice. We took some photo there too while waiting for the foods. The dinner took about two hours to finish and my brother was having second round of dinner after our family dinner. It is because my brother's friend was get married and held the wedding dinner today also.

Penang Bridge

I still remembered that at the end of last year, Penang ex-government ( BN ) announced that Penang bridge enlargement project will be finished on March/ April 2008.

Well, it is May now, i cross the bridge every day as my office is located in Penang island, so i have to travel everyday by bridge. From what i noticed until today, it seems that the enlargement work is still same as previous, no any improvement on the enlargement. As a bridge users, we still facing the heavy traffic jam on bridge every morning and after working hours. It is only 30mins journey to my office, but now it takes about one hours to reach, sometimes it takes about 4 hours to reach home after office hours. Can you imagine how bad is the traffic condition on bridge?

I am hoping that with new government in Penang nowadays, the enlargement work can be finished as soon as possible so that we do not have to suffer every morning and it can help to save some petrol as well.

Mother's Day is coming Soon

Mother's day is falling in the 2nd week Sunday of May every year in the world. As usual, mother's day will be coming soon.. Haha, i have already " upgraded" to a mother level this year as i have just given birth in Feb.

What should i buy for my mother in this Mother's Day? I bought a pair of jade ear rings to her last year, and how about this year? Well, i think i will give her a Ang Pao , and she can buy what she likes with the money in the Ang Pao.

My brother and I will go to restaurant nearby to make a reservation of dinner in this coming Saturday for Mother's Day celebration. As my brother will leave Malaysia this Sunday, so we make it one day earlier before my brother left.

My parents has upgraded to "grand" level, they are now grandparents to my newborn baby, Michell..I love my parents very much as they had sacrificed a lot on me.

Something Wrong with my IE

This morning when i reach office, and i wish to check my personal mail using Internet Explorer ( IE ) , so as usual, i key in my mail ID and password, but it was failed to log in. I tried many times and still not able to log in.

I have really no idea what's wrong with my IE. I am using IE version 7 as browser, and because of this issue, i had already uninstall IE 7 and reinstall IE6, but i am still not able to log in to my mail.

I check at the IE options, i found that there is a column need to be "tick" which is " Allow Cookies on Sites" . After "ticking" the box, i can manage to log in to my mail. I an mot sure who changed my IE setting, if i find out he/she, i will definitely " kill" him/her .. Haha..

Lost Weight

I still remembered that my last weight before i gave birth was 67kg. After given birth, my baby was about 3.1kg, so i supposed to become 64kg, but i have taken a lot of delicious and Chinese traditional herbal during my confinement, my weight increase. In fact, every women should not let themselves being hungry during confinement, as our stomach will be entered " wind" , and it is not good to us when we are aged in future.

I have totally taken 4 bottles of liquor and 7 bottle of "ma you" which can keep your stomach warm and hot to prevent from entering "wind". After my confinement, my weight has grown to 70kg. What a fat woman after confinement, hehe..

Well, i tried to slim down now after i return to work. Within two weeks, i have successfully reduce my weight to become 65kg, hehe..Though i am not totally slim down, but at least there is some obvious result can be found from my body. I wish that i could remain my weight to 53kg before June.

Two Snakes

My cousin is going to give birth soon in July. It is two months more to go. I received a call from her, she told me that she will go for pregnancy check-up and will go to buy MamyPoko at Tesco.

I asked her whether did doctor scan the baby ? She told me that the baby is girl. Before she told me, my mother said the baby is girl, I wonder why my mother will know it..My mother said, if two snakes get married, mostly will get girl baby. My mother's sister ( my aunt)is snake and her husband is snake too, and both of them have 5 daughters and non of son. My sister in law is snake and so do her husband, and they have 2 daughters as well. Now my cousin who is going to give birth, she is snake and so do her husband, and they will get a girl baby soon.

You might think that it is coincident, but i strongly believe to the old folks which two snakes get married and the possibility of getting daughters is higher than sons.

Today is 1st of May, and this is the first year i spend the public holiday ( Labour day) with my daughter. My husband and I have a very sweet and nice sleeping today as i went home to my parents home , and my lovely mum helped me to look after my baby.

A lot of supermarket having great sales today, but i didn't go for it as my baby is still "small" , it is not good to let her to explore to the crowded area. My husband starts his business in the afternoon after having lunch with me.

I bathed my baby, feed her with delicious and inviting milk, and she fall asleep since then. I am also continued my sleeping in the living room as my bedroom is stuffy and hot.

In fact, i planned to bring my baby to my aunty's house to get " any pau" ..Hehe..According to chinese culture, if newborn baby first time pay a visit to your house, she/he will be given a "ang pau".

Jusco Member Day

Today is Jusco Member Day. We have the one and the only one Jusco supermarket in Penang which is located in Queensbay Mall. As a shopping addictor, i went to Jusco with my colleagues during office lunch hour. After finished our lunch at Jusco food court, we went to ladies department, there are a lot of clothes, shoes, accessories have biggest sales. From Seed to Camel Active, from Crocodile to Alan Delon, great sales are waiting for us.

I went to babies department as i planned to buy a baby stroller and milk container for my baby. I chose a stroller which cost RM298, and it is only RM229 after discount.It has plenty of function for the stroller, and it is mixture of pink and grey. Nice and cute stroller i ever see.

Mother's day is coming soon, my baby can have a seat in the stroller when we have our mother's day dinner celebration at restaurant.

Hard to Maintain a relationship

Car Side Mirror Broken

My boss allowed us to leave office earlier on Friday to avoid heavy traffic jam on Penang bridge as we travel Butterworth->Penang everyday by Penang bridge. As usual, i left office at 4.30pm with my colleague. We went to take our car which parked behind office. When my colleague reached her car, at first she found that her car mirror was broken, then she found that her car's CD player was lost.

both of us are driving same model car which is Atos. When we purchased this car, it attached with a high quality Pioneer CD player. If we buy this CD player, it costs few hundred. The thieves are really "clever" in choosing the CD player.

What i worry is, my colleague's car is same with mine. I afraid that my car will be the thieves' target too one day. Now i am parking my car in front of my office building where there are a lot of people passing by everyday to avoid the tragedy from happening. A lot of crimes happened in Penang, i wondered why they rather be a thieves than finding money legally.

Baby

Time passes by so fast, my baby is already 2 months old today. She was born on 2-Feb-08, and today is 26-Apr-08..Many people told me that i have a "mature" baby, my baby's face doesn't look like a 2 months old baby. Yeah, my baby is considering a smart, pretty, playful baby.

She always cheered with me after i reached home from working. I love her very much..It is tiring as need to work in day time and look after baby in night time. I am not sure when can i surrender to look after her, as i really have no enough sleeping and rest in order to take care of her. Anyway, i still will try to best to look after her at night time until i am not able to ..

Well, she is really a cute and smart baby. if she passed urine / "da bian" when you carry her, then she will keep quiet and stare at you ( as she afraid of your scolding), and if she passed urine when she is alone, then she will cry until you realize her uncomfort. Hah..so smart girl,right?

Friday Again

It is Friday again. There are 7 days in a week, and Friday is my favorite day. Do you know why? It is because after Friday, there will be Saturday, and i will go home to my parents house and stay overnight there. My lovely mum will also prepare my favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner for me. Sometimes she will cook laksa for me too. Laksa is my most favorite food.

During my pregnancy, my mother prepare soya bean to me every weekend when i went home. Soya bean is a very good drink to baby as it provides a lot of protein to baby in building their muscles. A pregnant woman is not encourage to eat Laksa at hawker centre as the laksa mostly are made of asam and unfresh fish. My mum understand about this, so she cooked me a very healthy recipe of laksa which she use tomato instead of using asam which is not good to pregnancy woman.

Besides, i watch Astro programme every weekend at home, I enjoyed watching the dramas , comedies movies that showing in Astro.

Rainy Day

Shoes Heel

What a funny day to me. My mother bought me a pair of shoes during her vacation in Bangkok. I started wearing the shoes two days ago to work. As usual, i wear the shoes this morning, and in the afternoon, i was standing in front of a table trying the motor and gear head performance. All of the sudden, i heard a "crack" sound, and i looked down to my leg, i found that one of the shoes heel was broken.

Haha..being very funny, i came back to my desk immediately, my colleague felt curious why i am running so fast to my desk, so i tell her the story and she laugh at my heel..Haha..Even my boss who sit inside the room looked out to the mirror of te office and see what make she laughed.

Ah, my mother just bought the shoes last month, i was sad because it is the present from mother. Later i will go to the shoes repair shop to glue the heel, and hoping that it can be sticked back. The shoes are just nice and look adorable, and it comes with my favorite color.

Friend's Wedding

Today is Saturday. I received a call from my coursemate this morning. After greeting, she told me that she will be getting marry in 16-Nov-08. The ceremony is going to held in Kuala Lumpur as her husband is from Kuala Lumpur. She invites my husband, my baby and I to her wedding ceremony. I congrated her happy ever after and inform her that i will confirm the seat to her after discuss with my husband.

After her call, my another coursemate which is from same hometown with me, is going to get marry too in Nov, but the date is different which is on 29-Nov-08. After that, i logged in to our coursemate forum club online, and another of my coursemate from Bentong is going to get marry on 7-Dec-08, but the wedding dinner is held in 29-Nov-08. In this case, there will be two coursemates having same wedding dinner at the same day and at the same time.. It is hard for me to choose whether to attend whose wedding dinner. Anyway, i will attend to the coursemate who from same hometown with me as it is nearer to me.

I think Nov is a good lunar month to Chinese as there are a lot of couples " upgrade" their life to another stage.

Malaysia's share market keeps droping after election. Shares in Plantation, Construction, Property, Finacial, Technology, Industrial, all drop significantly..Luckily i am not involve myself in playing / investing shares, Haha..I am just buying a small small amount of shares only. Yes, the shares that i bought is now droping too..Anyway, i din't lost too much of money as my shares was only dropping slightly.

A friend of mine who buying a Ranhill and Oilcorp share, both of this shares were dropping significantly since election. Until now, she dare not sell out the share as she would be losing much money if she do so.

Well, for those who has a lot of money to spend, or a rich rich man, they are afford to lost the money, but for those who are working people like me, it is better don't try to invest all of your saving in shares as it is not guaranttee for you to earn money.

Who is Lucas's dad?

There was a news regarding cecelia cheung and Nicolas. As you know, they have a eight months baby named Lucas. Both of them love and care about the baby very much since he born.

Unfortunately, there was an issue happened before chinese new year. It caused their relationship turned into "dark"..A lot of rumoruos about they would divorce, and Lucas was not Nicolas's baby. Anyway, all along the while, rumoruos is still rumoruos until yesterday, i was surfing net and reading the entertainment news online. There was an article reporting that Nicolas is not Lucas's dad. From hte report, Lucas's DNA was not match with Nicolas's one. Nicolas's father admitted that Lucas is not his grandchild too..

From this, we can know that Cecelia had a very complicated life style before she get married with Nicolas. Poor Nicolas who married with Cecelia and wear " green hat" for 8 months or maybe more than that.

I am very dislike some kind of person that, during our abcent, we informed them that we will do the thing, and they said ok..but when we are doing the thing, in fact they had already done it without giving any notice to us..This will caused double job and the one who react, have to do double job too..

When a senior was not in, of course the junior will try to take over the job until the senior return...Anyhow, the junior still need to refer to the senior while doing the job to avoid any mistake from happening, else, the senior have to "cover" the junior's mistake when she return to the work.

I am not sure this kind of thing ever happened to you, and how you all feel with it..But for me, i will definitely, absolutely dislike this kind of thing. Esspecially the senior already "remind" the junior about the job, but the junior still doing on her own without listen to the senior.. What a disgusting person .

My baby was born at the end of Feb. After finish choosing the right name for her, my husband went to do registration of identity card om 10-Mar, and he was informed to take the real ideentity card on 10-Apr. Proceesing an identity card takes 1 month time? What a incredible job.

Cute Baby

Time passes by so fast, and today is the 17th day after giving birth of my cute baby. She is sleeping now after taking milk. I started to check my office mail now esspecially after two weeks time i didn't check my mail. While online, i peepped her sleeping face, hehe...so sweet and warm, just like a pretty angel.

My husband and I love her very much. She is our first baby, and i learn how to take care of a baby now. from milk-feeding to encounter the problems of crying, it takes a lot of times to used to it. I am always have no enough sleeping at night as baby will cry when she is hungry, ans i will of course awakened by her crying. Well, i am her mother, i have the resposibility to take care of her and hoping that she will be fine all the time.

I'm very happy, i give birth to my child 2 days ago at Adventist Hospital in Penang.

I can still remember, around 5:00pm, the painful i felt at the bottom of my stomach is greater than before, so i faster call my doctor, and the nurse ask me to come over rite now. As i hang up the call, i quickly call my husband and tell him regarding this.

After a while, he reached home and fetch me to the hospital along with my mother in-law. The road condition was having light traffic jammed, as it's exactly the time people finished working.

The time we reached the hospital it's nearly 6:30pm. We went to the reception to do the admission. Then, i'm straightly go to the E.R. as the nurse told me on the phone call. After the staff in E.R took my blood pressure and a routine check, a hospital staff bring a wheel chair and push me straight to the deliuery/labour room.

How Great is a mother

Mother is the great person in the world. I am going to be a mother to a baby soon, and i realised that it is so great since pregnancy period untill delivery of baby. Mother sacrified a lot to their kids.

Having Problem To Take Off The Ring!!?

Ever have a problem to take off your ring from your finger!? Ha! I did.

Heard that before we went for delivery of baby, we have to take off all the jewerlleys from our body for our own safety. I have appointment with my gynae this morning, and due to my delivery date was overdue ( i might be giving birth anytime), so i prepared myself in a good condition by takingoff my necklace, ear-rings, and ring. I can easily take off my necklace as well as ear-rings, but when it came to ring, i faced some difficulty on taking off it. Ha!!

I applied some hand soap on my finger so that it looked slippery and smooth. While i was taking off it, i tried my best, but i still coundn't make it. I applied more hand soap on my finger, and rubbed the ring so that it could be slowly moving out from my finger. I tried and tried until my finger turned red and swell but i still failed to take off the ring.

It is pain as i rubbed my finger harder and harder, and finally i managed to take off the ring from my finger. Haha..I took me about 15 minutes to remove the ring and it also caused my finger red and swell. It is better "do not " wear ring with smaller size than our finger.

Excited to be a mummy

I am so excited now..I am going to be a mummy very very soon aftre having pregnancy for nine months and 7 days. Now it is already 40 weeks, and according to my gynae, i could deliver my baby anytime start from now.

What is the sign when the expected date of childbirth? According to gynae, if there is some pain in your stomach for certain period, such as the pain come every two hours, after that, it come again every one hour , and the period of pain is decrease and decrease, then this is one of the sign.

Another sign is "haid"..Some people will have haid before the childbirth, the color is not chilli red but it looks like chocolate red. When you have this sign, have to see the gynae quickly. The last sign is the leaking of waterbag. When the water bag is leaking and leaking, we need to see the gynae as soon as possible too in order to ensure safety of baby.

It is important for the pregnat woman to know about these esspecially for those who having first pregnancy.

My Friend's Wedding

I received a call from my cousemate, Pehar this afternoon while i tidied up my room. She shared with me a good news regarding her wedding as she will be getting marry on 16-Nov-08 ( Sunday). I was surprised as i still remember that she told me that she might register before marry.

She told me that she will be registered in June and having the wedding ceremony on 16-Nov at KL. She invited me to her wedding ceremoney at KL. I will attend her wedding as she attended my wedding as well during Dec-06. She was also become one of my " sisters" during my wedding. I am so eager to see her in her wedding dressed and also the photos.

Time passes by so fast, I still remembered the university life in UPM with her. She is a very good cousemate, responsible, friendly and willing to help. Well, i am sincerely wishing her all the best in her marriage with her lovely husband and get a cute baby very soon. Pehar, congratulations to you. Finally you meet your Mr Right. Welcome you to join Non-Single life soon..Hehe..

Accident on Penang Bridge

I have an appointment with my gynae this monring at Penang Adventist Hospital. Due to i left my car at my hometwon, Sungai Bakap, so my husband drove me there and stayed together with me until i completed my pregnancy check-up. We reached the destination around 9.45 a.m. and left the hospital at 11 o'click in the morning.

From Penang to Butterworth, we can either by ferry or cross the bridge. Due to 11 o'clock is not a busy hour, we went back to Butterworth by crossing the bridge. While my husband drove along the way home, there were few cars but quite a lot of trucks and buses on bridge. So we took the express lane in order to void the heavy vehicle which driving at the slower lane.

When we were almost reached the end of bridge to Butterworth, a small truck was brake suddenly without signal given before. We were driving smoothly and stay quite a distance from the truck, but due to it took an emergency brake, my husband quickly slow down and brake too. Unfortunately, we still bang the behind of the truck, and my husband was lightly damaged.

I was shocked at that time, as this is the first time i meet the accident in a car. The truck driver was driving carelessly at that time. He braked the vehicle suddenly and caused the accident from happening. Well, it was still lucky as my husband and I didn't get any injuries.

Last day of CNY

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year. It is so called " Chap Goh" for today which means the 15th days of CNY. Time passes by so fast, from the days we were waiting for CNY till today, it was already 15 days.

according to my gynae, today is supposing my due date for my pregnancy. Anyway, until now, i am yet to get an strange feeling. Maybe my baby still want to stay in my womb, or maybe my baby want me to celebrate the last day of CNY before she " come out" ..So good and understanding baby.. :)

Yesterday i went to Air Itam for praying. my mother and aunt were taking Asam Laksa, i was so so eager to take too, but due to my baby's own goods, i didn't take at last. I just took Char Koay Teow and Soup as my dinner. Atfer my pregnancy, i can feel that the sacrificial of a mother to the baby.

In future, mu husband and I have no more two people world, we will be having three people world after delivery of my baby. I am hoping that i will get a smart, obidient and healthy baby.

My Due Date is coming soon

I am so excited now, according to doctor, my pregnancy due date is on 21-Feb-08 which is tomorrow. I can feel that my babt kicks me everyday and when i talk to her, she will give some response by kicking me. For example, i touch my stomach and told her that " babay, we go to daddy shop to visit daddy,ok? " ..and she kicked me as reply "ok"..So amazing and unbelievable , right?

Well, i will sing to her and talk to her every night while waiting for my husband to come back from working. Doctor said my baby is very very active baby. Haha..my husband and i are very very "sayang" and love our baby. Some of my friends and my family already bought a lot of cute and nice clothes for my baby before i deliver. " Baby, you see, there are so many people love you even you have yet to be delivered..

Well, my husband and i are thinking the name of baby since two months ago, but till now, we are yet to get a good name for baby..Any recommend name from you? Once our babay is born, we will get someone to choose the right name to our baby for her own good, health, wealth and luck.

A Star Is "Sink"

As usual, I read online news this morning. I was shocked when reading an entertainment news regarding a Hong Kong actress, has passed away this morning at St Marie Hospital, Hong Kong.

I still remembered that while i was young, she take parts in many comedy movie which is quite popular in those days. I can barely remember, sometime when i'm down, or in sad mood, and the tv showing her movies. During the show, you will feel much more better, and by the time you finished watching it, you will feel totally fresh and happy. Why!? She have the talent in comedy show.

She is kinda fatty, having black and short curely hair, with a pair of black frame eyewear.

She was hospitalised starting from couple of years ago. But she was discharged in no time, and then go back to hospital again, again and again. The St Marie Hospital is just like the 2nd home for her since then.

Hopefully she will rest in peace, and may the god blessed her forever.

Maxis Broadband, is that Good?

I subscribed Maxis broadband on 1st of Feb 07, and now it is almost one month i subscribed. How is my comment about Maxis Broadband? It is not that good as what they introduced before. There are few packages which is Starter, Advanced and Power offered by Maxis.

For me, i've chosen Advanced package and signed for 1.5 years subscribing contract. Well, the broadband network is depending in the 3G couverage area, It means if your area have weak / low 3G couverage, then you might received low frequency modulation and indirectly decrease the surfing speeds.

When i powered up the modem at my home in Sungai Bakap, i could not be able to get any network by it. It is because the receiving of 3G frequencies nearby the area of my house were low. Anyway, if i online at my husband house which located at Butterworth, it provided quite fast transfering speeds and i could be able to enjoy surfing the net any time.

So the Maxis broadband, it can be useful if the area you stay has full or strong 3G frequencies, and on the other hand, it could be having slower surfing speed too if the frequencies are weak

Kek Lok Si

I still remembered that it was my second time being here with my husband. The first time we came to Kek Lok Si was during CNY 2006. He was yet to be my husband that time. We ended up our relationship as husband and wife one week before Christmas day 2006. Both of us went to Kek Lok Si ourselves in 2006. Last night, we went there with my husband's friends.

Kek Lok Si is a famous tourism place where a lot of magnificent building with glamorize architectures. It was really an attractive scenery when the night came. The neon lights have brighterned the dark. The lanterns has made the temple breathtaking and inviting thus attracted the visitors for shooting as commemoration.

Well, i took few photos with my husband too. I walked the staircases too even i am pregnant at the moment and it was really enjoyable. My baby is yet to be delivered, and i already bring her to Kek Lok Si :) Hopefully i could ever bring my baby to Kek Lok Si next year with husband so showing her the prettiest night scenery in Penang.

There are quite a lot of parties that are joining the election such as BN, DAP, PAS, KEADILAN, SOCIALIST FRONT and etc.

Well, not everyone who is a registered voter turns up to vote on polling day. This is due to problems with time or distance and also apathy, either because people are not interested or because they feel their votes will not make a difference. As an example, i am one of the qualified malaysian who has yet to register as a voter as i feel that my vote will not make a difference to certain party that i am going to vote.

In the election, one of the first things people want to know is how many seats have been won by which party. The party which won the majority seats will then choose a leader to be Prime Minister of the country. Check Up ( i think it is the final check up)

I have an appointment with my gynae today at Adventist Hospital today. I reached there about 9.30 in the morning after 45minutes journey from my house in Butterworth. After registration, the nurse told me that my gynae was visiting / checking patients at ward. My numer was 2006 which there are five patients in front of me.

I felt hungry while wa wheniting for the doctor, but i dared not left the visiting room to feed my stomach as i afraid that i might miss my turn if my number was being called. Finally when the nurse called my visiting number, it was already almost 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I was waiting for the doctor more than two hours, poor my baby and I...

According to doctor, my due date is around end of next week, and today when doctor check up for me, he asked me to come for next check up on the coming Friday. My husband and I are too eager to welcome our baby to come to the world. We already finished preparing all the baby appliance since three months ago. I am sure that our baby is eager to see us too. Well, i think next Friday's check up will be the last pregnancy check up for me. Hehe...

Valentine's Day

Today is western valentine's day 14-Feb-2008. For lunar valentine's day, it falls on lunar calendar 7-July-2008. I didn't celebrate it as my hubby didn't mention about the celebration.

Well, i still remembered that few years ago, i went out with my cousin during valentine's day to have our dinner. All the western food restaurants were full with couples. Even MC Donald, K.F.C , Coffee Bean at Gurney Plaza, were full with couples too. Some girls received a bouquet of flowers attached with cute teddy bear, some are received chocolate with nice wrapping.

Well, i was viewing the condition of Penang bridge five minutes ago, wow..the traffic was jammed since 5 o'clock. There are many cars queuing up to cross the bridge. I finish working at 6 o'clock, i think i shall reach home at 8 o'clock due to the heavy traffic.

The main reason to cause this is because today is the 8Th day of CNY which all the Chinese will pray for "Tian Gong" and it is also valentine's day. A lot of couples may celebrate at Butterworth tonight. Well, hoping that the bridge traffic would be cleared at 6 o'clock when i finish working. Hehe.

Happy Birthday to Everybody

Today is the 7th day of Chinese New Year. In Chinese Lunar calendar, it is also called " Ren Ri " meaning that it is birthday for everyone in the world. As usual, chinese people will go to " Lao sheng" at restaurants and they have to book with the restaurants few days before this day arrive. It is because there will be crowded in the restaurants as " Lao Sheng" also means "earn a lot like wind and water throughout the year ".

There is a restaurant at downstairs of my office. As usual, i went to take my lunch there as it is the nearest and i don't to go far away to have my lunch in a hot and stuffy day. When i stepped into the restaurant, the waitress told me that they are only opening for booking customers today. I wondered why and what is the special day. Lastly my colleague informed me that today is "Ren Ri" , it is a good day for Chinese people to go for " Lao Sheng ". Haha.. Chinese people always trust in " Lao Sheng" and believed that it will bring luck and prosperity to them. Well, some people will only go for " lao Sheng" with family or friends this weekend, as today is the working day unless they go with their colleague during lunch time.

Robbery

I was talking to my mother just now after dinner. She told me that my aunt who stayed nearby my house, was robbed by an indian guy two days ago at home. As usual, my aunt sat on a chair near to the door which the door is always opening without lock. There is an indian guy paced up and down in front of her house. My aunt din't take any alertness on the indian guy and she sat beside the door and stared those cars passed by the road.

All of the sudden, the indian guy entered my aunt's house and robbed the necklace that my aunt wore all the days. Being of panic-stricken, my aunt's din't fight with the indian guy to retake the necklace. The indian guy ran away quickly after robbing the necklace. Luckily my aunt din't fall down and no any injuries on her as my aunt is already 75 years old. It was a valuable necklace which cost about RM 2K attached with a diamond pendant.

Well, nowadays there are a lot of robbery happened in Malaysia due to unemployment esspecially to those low education malaysian. Those robberies were not only happening in housing area, outside of banks, it also happened in markets, schools, temples and even at a junction while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Malaysia is having very low public security nowadays, so it is better for us to prepare ourselves in high alertness about robbery instead of depending on police.

Working Mood After CNY

TOday is my first working day after Chinese New Year (CNY). It sounds tired, tired and tired. Due to stay at home for almost a week, so i have no mood to work today even i was actually quite a lot of works waititng for me to settle.

When i reached office today, i found that actually there are many companies and factories resume their business today too. All along the way to my office, cars were moving slow, and this is better than stuckking in heavy traffic.

During my lunch time, i was just taking Hokkien Mee as meal. I was really miss the tomyam steamboat that i've taken during CNY while having my hokkien mee. I saw a poor begger squatted beside the hawker centre. Being sympathize with him, i gave him RM1.00 before i left.

Tomorrow will be my second working day after CNY, hoppefully there will be no jam at bridge toll, so that i can reach office smoothly. As i am really fed up with traffic jam in early morning.

Accidents caused Traffic Jam

I went to visit my parents last night and stayed overnight there. After dinner, i travelled back home from Sungai bakap to Butterworth with my husband. When we entered Tambun tol, we saw an accident in front of us. There are four cars collided on the road and the cars' owners were busy pressing their mobile phone. I supposed they were calling to their friends or family to inform them what had happened.

After about 4km journey from Tambun tol, there is a jam again. Now, there are about five cars collided each other too. After few kilometers journey from there second collision, there is another accident again. Wow..from my house in Sungai Bakap to Butterworth, it is just about 20km journey, and it took me 3 hours to reach the destination, poor me and those who were caught in the traffic jam caused by accidents.

In fact, if every driver stay a distance from each car on road, dont speed up, dont over take cars and follow the speed limit, it will definitely avoid from tragedy to happen. Well, fortunately there is no injuries or dead in the accidents that happened along my way home. For those who are going to go back to work after the celebration of CNY, drive carefully and smartly on road, take a nap or rest a while if you are tired in driving.

Heavy Traffic on Penang Bridge on the third day of CNY

Today is the third day of CNY. I was online at home since morning as my family dint plan for visitting to relatives and friends. My husband asked me to view the condition on Penang bridge just now as my brother in law decide to go to Penang island.

While im was viewing the website of Penang Bridge, i could not manage to enter it. It might be network busy as well. Finally, i'm able to entered it, and guess what!? It's heavy jam before entering the bridge tolls. But it's clear on the middle part of ther bridge. I'm wondering how come it's so many people rushing to go over penang island at the third day of CNY? Fortunately, i don't have any occasion to travel there. If not, i'll have to 'stuck' there as well. Ha!

It have been years, Penang Island is a hot spots for tourist from other states. You may see cars with different plate number, such as Wxx, Bxx, Jxx, Kxx, Nxx, Mxx or even Sxx which is from Singapore, our neighbour country.

Second Day of CNY

So fast time passes by, today is the second day of CNY..As usual, i woke up at 9 o'clock in the morning as i felt hungry (in fact is my baby who felt hungry) hehe...After having my breakfast and shower, my husband, my mother in law and I travelled to our grandmother's house at Bukit Mertajam which is located about 20km from our house.

We took our tomyam steamboat as lunch at grandmum's house. Well, the tomyam steamboat here was not as delicious as my mother's cooking. The tomyam here was tasteless, thus i have no much appetite to take the food in the steamboat.

After having lunch, we started gambling ( hehe, my favourite activity during CNY), i won about RM20++ at the beginning, while playing and playing, i lost the winning again. Anyway, i won back RM4.00 finally before i took my dinner...RM4.00 actually is not that much for me, well, a little of winning is better than losing money.

My mother went to Genting this afternoon, i hoped that i could join her to Genting but i dint at last as my pregnancy due date is near, so i think it is better for me to stay in Butterworth instead of travelling so far to Genting. I am really hope that my husband and i could bring my baby to Genting after my delivery of baby.

First Day of CNY

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year, i woke up at 9 o'clock in the morning and i visited my parents at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. We went to my uncle's house with my family after finish preparation and tidy up.

Whem i reached my uncle's house, my aunty was preparing tomyam steamboat..The tomyam looked nice and delicious, but when i tasted it and i cannot finish the soup as it was really sour and salty. Anyway, being quite hungry at that time, i was just taking the food and vegetables inside the tomyam steamboat.

After finish the lunch, we had a small gambling with little wager. It is only RM1.00 every betting. I won about RM5.00 at the beginning, but i lost the winning at last, haha...It meaned that i was having a good luck at the beginning and the luck was gone after few bets.

We back home at about 6 o'clock. I asked my mother to cook tomyam steamboat as dinner too. Yeah, my mother's tomyam cooking was really delicious and inviting if compared to my aunt's one. It was sweet and sour. I ate a lot of fishes, begetables and meat balls as my dinner.

I am now waiting for the second day of Chinese New Year, the third day and the forth day. I will be back to my work on the fifth day of Chinse New Year.

Winning 4D

I wask talking to my husband last Monday night regarding the 4D while we were packing for the Ang Pao. I told my husband that it is good if we win 4D on Wednesday night as Wednesday night is CHinese New Year Eve, and if we win 4D, it is a good sign for us in 2008.

I received a call from parents just now. They told me that i won 4D today, as the person who sold 4D came to my house and send the winning money to my parents. I am not sure which number i won as i betted three numbers today. I will check for the 4D website later after i shared this good news in my blog with my friends.

I am so happy about this eventhough the winning is not that much, it is only RM180. Anyway, it is still better than nothing,right? Hehe..

Tonight is Chinese New Year eve, i am here to wish all of you Happy Chinse New Year, Gong XI Fa Cai. ANg Pao Mari Mari..hehe..Hope that i will be lucky throughtout the 2008 year.

Car Washing..

Yesterday, i took my car for a car wash as the Chinese New Year just 2 more days to come. As usual, i drive my car for routine cleanup at the gas station nearby Jalan Permatang Pauh.

The reason i prefer to go there is because, they provided hand washing services. Chassis washing, interior vacuum, engine bay cleaning will only cost you RM10.

Althought it's not the cheapest price we can get in the market but it's absolutely worth. Why!? It's satisfaction guaranteed. Clean from the outside and the interior as well.

But, if you are in a hurry, take my advise, go for the drive-thru washer.

The time i get there, i saw cars queue, waiting for their turn for washing.
So, i left my car key and i go to the 'kopitiam' beside the gas station for a couple cups of beverages, sitting there watching Astro programme while waiting for my car.

As it's all done, the fellow come over to 'kopitiam', handover my key and get his pay. I have to wait around 2 and a half hours for my car wash.

That's the disadvantage. But such case usually won't be happening during normal days.

New Year arrival!

Recall back when i'm was still in my childhood, Chinese New Year is a very awaited festival. Thinking of those 'Ang Pao' will be given by my folks, relatives which is elder n' married. It's totally awesome, cause i can get more extra pocket money by simply greeting them with a secret password --> "GONG XI FA CAI". Then they will handover a 'Ang Pao'. Ha!!

Chinese New Year songs in Mandarin and Hokkien will be keep on playing repeatly whole day long.

A reunion dinner shall be held on the New Year Eve's night. Steamboat is a major dishes in the culture. With a hot, boiling broth using the charcoal (to maintain it's temperaturs) is located at the centre of a round table, accompanied with big prawn, fish balls, crab sticks, meat cubes, vegies, etc.. etc.. Yummy!!

During the night time, kids will come out to the alley and play the firecraker, Catherine wheel..

Well, those were the last time. The way of celebration was different now. Nowadays, the atmosphere of Chinese New Year was a bit slow. The economy was slow as well, with inflation, and less increasement in salary.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner, tomorrow will be the New Year Eve. This year i won't get any 'Ang Pao', instead i will give 'Ang Pao' to my relative's childrens. Ha!

Traffic Jam Again During Festival Celebration

I had an appointment with my pregnancy doctor yesterday at 4.30pm. Well, i went to it earlier than the appointted time as i realized that the doctor was just caming back his vacation, and it would be attended by a lot of patients. It was my turn when the time showed 6 o'clock. I have been waiting at there for three hours for the check up. It took about 15 minutes to end up for the check up.

I took Jelutong Express to drive home yesterday after my checking. What a big surprised when i was on my way to back home as there are a lot of cars on road, and caused the traffic jam nearby jetty. Without any delay,i changed my mind to drive home using jelutong express and all along the way of Jelutong Express, there are full of cars and trucks too. I was so regret to take this path for being caught in the traffic.

When i reached butterworth, the day was dark as it was already 7.30pm. I dropped by my husband's shop to pay a visit to him and complained about traffic condition to him. I am really fed up in heavy traffic esspecially during festival celebration season.

Chinese Traditional Herbal

During my pregnancy, i was informed by old man regarding taking chinese traditonal herb tea is good for infant in future. The chinese herb are few pieces of red dates, " tang sim", " Kee Ji" and " Pak Kee". Cleaning the herb take about 5 to 10 minutes, and stewed all the herbs about 3 hours with boiled water. After finished stewing, drink the herb tea when it reached about 50 degree celcius.

This is good for baby's immunization system as it protect baby from getting flu, catch cold and other illness easily in future. A friend of mine called me this morning informed me that the mixture of herb tea really effective to her and her baby. It is because she was having flu and cough last week while she still have to take care of her 4-months baby days and nights. She was afraid of infected to her baby ( as infant is having quite weak immunization),and what she surprised was the baby din't infected by my friend. She told me that it might because of she has taken the chinese traditional herbal during her pregnancy and it has indirectly strengthen immunization system of the baby.

The herbs are not only good for pregnant ladies, it is also good for small children and the aged to enhance the immunity.

Soya Bean VS Coffee

My mother and i went to market this morning to buy some food and vegetables for celebrating this coming chinese new year. It was crowded in the market and being quite thirsty so, we decide to have a quick rest at a Soya Bean stall to have a drink. I ordered a glass of soya bean while mum ordered for a cup of coffee.

In fact, i am a coffee addictor, i like coffee very much and now i have to stop taking it as according to "experience" old-man, coffee is not that good to infant, and soya bean will keep baby a fairy skin. I took a low sugar soya bean at market and i buy a small pack of " tau fu hua" too.

A glass of soya bean costed me RM1.30 while "tau fu hua" costed RM1.50... This is quite expensive if compared to the one i take in Penang. Well, i am not in Penang this morning, so i "have to" take the expensive soya bean. As long as it is good to my baby, i will take the expensive soya bean too. No option, cause i tend to give everythings that's good for my baby.

Hot day...

Looking up upon the sky, it was a very beautiful views. Everything seems to be dull and coulour-less at the land. The rain ain't coming yet but the wind is kinda strong as it kept on pushing the leafs on the trees. It's a hot weather up here althought it's only low sunlight during the noon hours. . There are birds flying over from my view sometime, an eagle was flying around in it's territory looking for it's hunt. Wait, there is a big plane flying over now, looks like a cargo plane, a navy plane which is preparing for landing on the navy base not far from this area. Nowadays, people having sore-throat, fever and flu, as the weather changed tremendously. Unlike the foreign country, we don't have four season here. All days throught out a year, it's only warm or hot day, sometimes raining. Myself never been to snowy places. How's the feeling by living up there? With season changing, living in such places would be a totally different atmosphere. Cold, windy, snow rain, hot.. Well, the sky just turn a bit brighter, the sunlight finally come out from the shades of the croud. I can barely see the dust on the air flying all over the places now. It's a hot, hot day.. Fortunately, i don't need to travel outside during this hours, i just keep myself in the air-conditioned office. Ha!

Get Twin Baby? No, No

I met my colleague on my walking way to office ( as i park my car behind of my office). He asked me is that i will get twin baby? i laughed at him and said no, no, i hope to get twin baby too. I asked him what had made him thinking that i have twin baby? He answered that it is because my stomach is bigger than previously. Haha..Now i am in the 9 months of my pregnancy, my stomach definitely become bigger than previous months as the baby is growing up every month.

Well, i hope to get a twin baby too, if can get a girl and a boy in one time, then it would be better as i dont have to experienced the pain of delivery twice in my life...Hehe..Well, my husband and i love our first baby very much eventhough i am yet to give birth ..

Glass Coffee Pot Cleaning

I visited my friend last night. When i entered her house, i found that she was cleaning her glass coffee pot at the kitchen. She prepared some lemons, salt and ice.. I wondered how she can clean the pot using this few things...Then she showed me and i am now sharing to those who are interested..Hehe..

1. First of all, put ice and salt into pot, before pouring water in the pot, squeeze gently and add lemon slices ( remember not to add ice or cold water to a hot coffee pot or it will shatter) .

2. Hold coffe pot with both hands and rotate in a clockwise direction in large circular motions. Then change directions. Repeat until all stains are removed.

3. Empty pot and rinse with fresh cool water and now the coffee pot will be sparkled.

Love Letters --Kuih Ka Pek

CNY ( chinese new year) is coming soon..Tong tong tong qiang, tong tong tong qiang...

Love Letters is one kind of CNY traditional cake that all chinese people will make / buy in order to celebrating CNY...Nowadays, Kuih Ka Pek ( love letters) cost RM19.00 / tin..Due to it is very expensive, my mother decided to make the cake ourselves at home yesterday. My mother make the cake , and my cousin helped her to fold it and put inside a tin so that it will still sound " crack" when we taste in during CNY...

The ingrediance of Love letter is 30 pcs of eggs, one pack of flour, about 500cc coconut water, and 1kg sugar.

Remove Coffee Stains from Car interior

My mother is a coffee-drinker. I drive my mother to pray in a temple last Saturday. She bring a tumbler with coffee inside, she was drinking the coffee while i was driving. Suddenly i stepped a brake as it is red light when i reached a T-Junction. The coffee was spurted.

A friend of mine who work at a car accessries shop, gave me some opinion in how to remove the coffee stains..

Firstly, soak up any residue of coffee by blotting with paper towels. Then mix a solution of 1 quart water, white vinegar and a little of dishwashing soap, remeber do not use cleaning solvents, oils, abrasive cleaners, detergents or ammonia on leather.After that, apply the mixture to stain with a towel and let stay for 15 minutes before wipe away with warm water. Let it dry throughly after that.

I tried this and i found that it really worked..So you may try this also in future if you want to remove coffee stains from car.

Prevent burglar from Entering Home

I read from newspaper yesterday regarding a miidle-aged woman, who went to withdraw RM20K from bank nearby her house. Atfer she reached her house, there are two burglar robbed her handbag, and she lost RM20K in only 1 minute. This is a scary tragedy and luckily she was no any injuries on herself.

There is some ways of burglarproof at home i would like to share...

We can consider to install an alarm system or motion-detecting lights.Anyway, If we install an alarm system, we have to learn how to use it properly to avoid false alarms. We need to always keep windows closed and doors locked and ensure that doors fit tightly in their frames.

If there is nobody at home, we also can set electric timers to turn on the radio and house lights at certain hours. Besides, we may try to get a dog - many kinds of dogs will make enough noise to discourage burglars. I have a dog in my house, it barks every times if there is any strangers passes by my house.

Remove Broken Light Bulb

i received an email from my course mate regarding on removing broken bulb. This is an amazing email, as it is only using a potato to remove the light bulb. Let me share with you, you may apply to your life too when you need it..

1. First of all, make sure that you watch out for broken glass as broken glass can cause injuries so use caution . Slice off one end of the potato and push the potato onto the broken light bulb.

2. Turn to the left just like you are unscrewing a light bulb normally. The base should unscrew now. Then throw away the potato and base of light bulb.

The Ways to Store valuables

Chinese New year is coming very soon..I can see a lot of robbery, murdering on newspaper just because of money. A lot of people still weak in managing/ storing their valuables due to own safety. I want to share some ways on how to store our valuables to prevent burglary or home disaster such as fire and blood.

Keep small valuables, such as jewelry, in a safe deposit box at the bank. Put one key with ourselves, and give one to a trusted person. If you do not want to keep in bank, you may also lock expensive tools in a lockable toolbox at home. Besides, the other way is to install sturdy doors, including sliding glass doors, and deadbolt locks on our house.

The most important is to consider signing up for a home security service. It is because if we install a high-secure home alarm system, it will definitely prevent a lot of crimes from happening at home.

Cleaning Paint Rollers after painting

I was giving advice to my colleague on how to choose the right paint to paint his house. Well, i shared with him about how to clean the paint roller after painting as i understand that he is a messy guy, he will definitely throw the paint roller away after using it.

So how to clean a paint roller aftre using it?

1. scrape as much paint from the roller with the 5-in-1 and run under warm water. Then spin the water/paint from the roller, and repeat as needed. ( you may use hose hose water too)

2. Turn the roller slightly each time you scrape.

3. Use a half bucket of warm soapy water to dunk them in before spinning them with the hose

4. Allow the roller to air dry.

House-Painting , Choosing the Right Paint

Chinese New Year is coming soon, one of my colleague is planning to paint his house but he has no idea about how to buy the right paint. He was asking me about this during our office lunch time. My grandparents were doing hardware and paint business, so i know a little bit more about how to choose the paint for house..

Let me teach you / those who want to paint their house to celebrate CNY, yeah yeah...

1. Decide from among Interior or Exterior paint. You should not use any exterior paint inside your house. Likewise, interior paint should not be used for any outside jobs since this paint will not withstand the elements.

2. Understand what paint is made from and how to read the labels. We have a lot of brands in Malaysia such as Dulux, ICI, Nippon and so on... Paint is made with pigments, binders, additives and liquid. The amount of each of these will affect how the paint looks. So far, the best paint is Dulux Pearl which the paint will be long-last.

3. There is two types of paint which is solvent-based and water-based. The liquid part of solvent-based paint is mineral spirits, which is slow to dry. Water-based paint is fast drying and great to use when you don't have a lot of time.

Ang Pao Ang Pao

I went to buy a USB Hub and a Card Reader at PC Depot just now. I bought a USB Hub which costed RM7.00 and a Card Reader as RM 22.00. After paying the bill, i found that there are a pile up of Ang Pao beside their products catalogue. The Ang Pao are pretty nice, so i request for some packet of it. The shopkeeper told me that i can take as much as i want. At the last, i was only take 2 packet as i feel " paiseh" if take too much...( because i dint buy a lot of pc accessories from the shop ) ..

Replacing Toilet's Handle

I went to visit my secondary schoolmate last night. When i reached her home and pressed for the door-bell, nobody open the door for me. I thought she might went out for dinner as it was dinner time while my visiting. When i was going to leave, she opened the door.

She told me that she was in the proccess of replacing the toilet's handle. Being of curiousity, i asked her how to replace the toilet's handler and she showed me on that..

Firstly, she lifted off the cover from the top of the toilet tank. After that, unhooked the side of the chain attached to the old handle and leaving the flush rod side attached. Then remove the nut of the flush handle in order to take off the old toilet flush handle.

Install the toilet's new flush handle, and attach the chain onto the new flush handle.

Cleaning Shower Head

It was a hot and stuffy day recently. I took 5 times shower per day last Sunday. When i began to bath, i found that the water pressure pretty low and caused the losing water.

Low water pressure made me could not enjoy my shower , so i plan to clean the shower head. At first, I removed the shower head and take cover off shower head. Then I prepared some white vinegar using a tub, and soak the shower head into it for 15-20 minutes.

After that, i scrubed the shower head with an old toothbrush. Once it is clean, I replaced the shower head and continued my shower. I found that it is really work, so you may try this out too.

I finished working and when i reached home, it was already 7.00pm. I stay in a terrace house, there is a children playing ground opposite my house. While i was opening the lock at the gate, i heard a quite loud car braking sound. It is dangerous to drive violently and carelessly in a housing area.

Just bear in mind, tragedy might happen because of they behave violent and careless. Speedy drivers should learn and follow a few simple traffic safety rules...

Slow down the car and watch for children playing near or waiting at bus stops. Drive carefully in neighborhoods where children might dart out from behind a parked car. It is important that do not honk at children because it hurts their ears.

Road Ragers

There are many cases happened in our country where road ragers act violently on road and some worst cases are road ragers killed some drivers due to their angrier. Actually it is important to deal with road ragers esppecially when we are driving alone on road.

There are few method to avoid road ragers. When we drive, try not to follow a car ahead too close.It is good to keep as much distance as possible between ourself and another driver who wants to pick a fight. If someone cuts us off, slow down and give the car plenty of room to merge into our lane.

Get help if you think an aggressive driver is stalking you or trying to start a fight. If you have a cellular phone, call the police or drive to a safe, populated place, such as a police station, shopping center, or hospital parking lot. If you don't have a cell phone, use your horn to get the attention. The most important is do not get out of your car, and do not go home.

Baby Clothes

My brother and I have a chatting in MSN this morning, he told me that he has bought some clothes for my baby in US. Wow..It is pretty nice and cute, charming and gorgeous. What has made me amazed is the clothes are very cheap if compare in Malaysia. Those baby clothes that he bought in US, it is much much more expensive if buy in Malaysia. Really cannot imagine that our government has taxed a lot for imported clothes and reseller has earned a lot from these imported clothes if we buy from Malaysia.

Stay Cool when your car is stranded

I have a friend who went to a rural area last weekend. When she was going back home, her car developed a mechanical problem on the road. She was so panic and cry as nobody were able to give her a hand at that time. Lastly, a kind and helpful man stopped and help her to contact the mechanic nearby to solve the problem.

It is important to stay safe and cool when stranded. Try to avoid any sudden or panic-inspired maneuvers. You may turn on emergency flashers once you're safely off the road and do use extreme caution when getting out of your vehicle. Another method is set up reflectors, flares or other signal devices to alert the passing motorists.

The most important is call for help using cellular phone and provide the details of our location. After that, stay in the car, lock all the doors and roll up the windows when waiting for assistance ( it is important as there are many crimes happened in Malaysia regarding kidnapping and rapacious cases.

Eat and Drive

A lot of people have their breakfast in car while driving to work when they are run out of time. In fact, I am also the one who always having my breakfast in car on the journey to office..Hehe..

It is ok as long as we know how to eat and drive in car. Normally i will only eat my food until i am underway and travelling smoothly. I will keep my hand firmly on the wheel at all times and i will not take a bite while in the acceleration lane.

For those who are always having eat and drive, don't keep food in lap. It is because when you have to stop suddenly, it's likely to end up under your feet.It is better to toss food into the next seat if you need to put it down quickly.

Drive Safely on Road

I get some tips of driving safely and smartly on road from a newspaper. It is pretty simple tips, but i am sure that a lot of people dont actually care about the tips and apply in our daily life.

1. Try to consider maintaining a safe distance from the vehicle in front of us, and not to unnecessarily step on brake.

2. Move away from drivers that are constantly stepping on their breaks because they are insecure and may lead to accidents.

3. Don't be afraid of other vehicles around us. Drive on our own lane and be patient when catching in the heavy traffic.

4. Drive according to the speed limit for certain area and condition.

Braking Safely on a Motorcycle

Brakes are very important for a motorcycle esspecially when we reach a stopline or having a emergency brake when we are riding on the road. Always use both brakes each time when we slow down or stop. It is important to apply both brakes simultaneously. Many riders believe the rear brake should be applied first. The sooner we apply the front brake, the sooner we slow down. As we are slowing down use the rear brake progressively, this will make the motorcycle more stable.

Many inexperienced motorcyclists fall off when braking. Some motorcycles have front brakes that can stand the machine on its nose. Practice braking hard on an empty road before they have to do a real emergency stop. They should be able to momentarily lock the front.

Carry a Motorcycles Passenger

I dint work on Sat and Sunday, so i went for shopping with my mother to buy some baby stuff..While i was driving on the road, i found that some motorcyclists are really lack of basic knowledge in carrying passenger. Some drove dangerously without considering the safety of themselves and also their passenger.

In fact, what is the correct way to carry a passenger on motorcycle?

1. First of all, our motorcycle must have foot pegs for passenger and provide the passenger with a helmet if possible.

2. Make sure to have enough of air to your tires to handle the additional weight.

3. Instruct the rider to hold tightly to your waist and ask the passenger to stay directly behind us.

4. When approaching a stoplight, try to slow down the speed if carrying a heavier passenger. It is because the heavier the passenger, the longer it takes to speed up and slow down.

Important of Checking Motorcycles before Riding

I have a friend who never checked his motorcycle before riding. And he accidentally collide with another motorcycle due to his brake is loose. Luckily my friend was not injured, but he has to send his motorcycle for repair. Acutally it is important to check our motorcycle before riding. Anyway, what to check with the motorcycle before riding?

1. Most basically, check the tire pressure as under inflated tires might lead to poor handling and stability.

2. Make sure the throttle, clutch, front and rear brakes and shifter, brake lights, turn signals, all working properly.

3. Look for any oil, gasoline, or hydraulic fluid leaks.

4. Warm up the motorcycle, sit it up straight, remove the oil tank cap, cehck the oil level and add oil if necessary.

I was countdown with my husband at home last night ( 31-Dec-07) before 12.00am, hehe..Due to i am not convenient to go for countdown at crowded area ( because i am currently having pregnancy)..So i countdown with my husband at home.

New Year, New Hope, Everything will be shining and wonderful for Year 2008...Wish you all the best and work hard to achieve what you were unable to achieve in 2007. Happy New Year AGain!!!!!
